I. Product Description
This device is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical industry, dilute alcohol recovery. It also applies to other solvents such as methanol distillation. We can customize according to customer's requirements, 30 degree centigrade dilute alcohol distill to 90~95 degree centigrade alcohol. If the degree requirement of the alcohol is higher, the reflux ratio can be increased, but the output will be decreased.

II. Product Advantages
The device uses efficient stainless steel as the packing material. Distillation tower is made of stainless steel, thereby avoid clogging filler phenomenon, extending the life of the device.

The components which contact with the alcohol all made of stainless steel, such as condenser, surge tank, cooling snake pipe to ensure that the finished alcohol will not be contaminated.

Distillation kettle adopts dismountable U type heating pipe.
