I. Product Description
This concentrator is suitable for the concentration of Chinese medicine, western medicine, glucose, starch, monosodium glutamate, diary products, chemical solutions, especially for the low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials.
Product Features
1. This concentrator adopts external heating and negative pressure evaporation type, it has the advantages of fast evaporation and large concentration ratio. The concentration ratio can reach to 1.2~1.3.
2. This equipment uses three effects simultaneous evaporation technology and secondary steam can be reused. It can save the investment of boiler and energy consumption. Comparing with single-effect concentrator, the energy consumption can reduce 70%. The user can return back all investment on concentrator from saving energy expenditure within one year.
3. Multifunctional operation: A. around 80% alcohol concentration reconvery; B. One effect, second effect and third effect can repeatedly collect. C. Intermittent continuous feeding.
