Shell and tube heat exchanger is used to transfer heat between single or multiple fluids. Heat exchangers consist of a series of tubes known as tube bundles, which contain fluids that need to be cooled, or heated. Shell exchangers allow for efficient heat transfer and energy conservation. Our factory manufactures industrial shell and tube heat exchangers for high pressure applications. We focus on providing heat exchanger fabrication service that adhere to industrial standards.

2. Use of advanced welding procedures
We utilize the latest in welding procedures for our shell and tube heat exchangers. These include MIG, TIG, SAW, FCAW, and SMAW. These are performed along with a variety of wires and fluxes;
Our welding capacity are supported by our experienced and qualified weld experts. Our staff consists of qualified ASME welders, who have extensive radiography capabilities to support ASME Section VIII, Div 1 vessel construction.

All of our shell and tube heat exchangers are inspected thoroughly, and documented by authorized ASME inspectors.

Wuxi Nanquan Pharmaceutic Chemical Container Factory is located at Hudai Industrial Park in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. Our company is dedicated to designing and manufacturing the pressure vessels with high quality and excellence. We have the manufacture license of D1, D2 pressure vessels, which are class I and class II vessels with middle or low pressure. In addition, we have the ASME certificate with "U" steel seal.
Our factory occupies a land over 13,000 square meter and the workshop occupies an area of 8,000  square meter. We have more than 20 sets of advanced equipment for the manufacturing and testing of pressure vessels. 
We are led by a professional team consisted of the field experts. Our engineers is composed of employees acquiring relevant experience of over 20 years. So far, the annual output of pressure vessels is around 10, 000 tons. And our products are exported over the world, such as Australia, Turkey, Russia, India, Thailand, Canada, etc.
